SEO Manager – Strategic SEO & GEO Lead

About the role

Mason Interactive is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to shape the strategic direction of client SEO and GEO campaigns. You will lead innovative SEO initiatives, stay ahead of AI‑driven search trends, and ensure measurable growth for our portfolio of brands.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering strategic insights and regular performance updates.
• Monitor industry developments in SEO and AI search, adapting tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO roadmaps based on strategic recommendations.
• Produce SEO‑focused and GEO‑targeted content.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement technical recommendations.
• Analyze performance data to inform optimization decisions.
• Perform keyword and competitive research to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with a proven record of delivering results.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute strategic SEO initiatives.
• Strong understanding of GEO targeting and AI‑enhanced SEO techniques.
• Excellent communication and client‑management skills.
