Growth Marketing Engineer (GTM Engineer)

About the role

Rilla is looking for a GTM Engineer to join its growth team and help scale paid advertising, outbound outreach, and new growth channels. You will work directly with the Head of Growth, turning ideas into live experiments within days.

Key responsibilities

• Scale Meta ads program: creative testing, audience strategy, budget scaling, and performance optimization.
• Automate repetitive processes and build integrations using APIs, webhooks, and tools like Make, n8n, Zapier, and Apollo.
• Develop and maintain growth stack components such as Clay and HubSpot workflows, landing pages, and internal tools.
• Integrate AI into growth workflows for personalization and content at scale.
• Provide data‑driven insights, build attribution models, and continuously iterate on experiments.

Required skills

• Experience running Meta (Facebook) ads directly in the platform.
• Proficiency with Clay, HubSpot, Make, n8n, Zapier, Apollo, or similar GTM tools.
• Coding ability in React, Python, JavaScript, or SQL; comfortable with APIs and webhooks.
• Strong spreadsheet, dashboard, and attribution modeling skills.
• Track record of building and scaling automation systems.
