SEO Manager

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Manager to lead our organic and answer‑engine optimization efforts from our Brooklyn office. The role will drive visibility, lead generation and innovation across traditional search and emerging AI‑powered discovery platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute SEO and AEO strategy, covering organic search, local search and generative‑AI answer platforms.
• Lead a team of SEO specialists, providing strategic guidance and supporting growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, engineering and product teams to translate SEO needs into clear requirements.
• Analyze performance data daily, weekly and quarterly, presenting insights to senior leadership.
• Stay current on industry trends, test new tools and tactics to improve visibility and lead quality.

Required profile

• 6+ years of SEO experience in mid‑to‑large organizations with multiple locations.
• 3+ years of direct team management experience.
• Proven track record of generating leads from organic search and answer engines.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to communicate results to executives.
