Account Executive

About the role

Mason Interactive is seeking an Account Executive to lead strategic media initiatives for its client portfolio. Based in Brooklyn with a hybrid schedule, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, shaping omnichannel campaigns that drive measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and present integrated media strategies across paid search, paid social, programmatic, affiliate, SEO, lifecycle and emerging channels.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights, guiding optimization and future planning.
• Lead client relationships, facilitating status meetings, planning sessions and quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with planners and buyers to ensure deliverables are accurate and strategically aligned.
• Monitor campaign budgets, pacing and KPIs, providing guidance on forecasting and budget reallocation to maximize ROI.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop business cases that connect client challenges to agency capabilities.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of hands‑on media planning and buying experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to manage client and internal team relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to synthesize large data sets into executive‑level narratives.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States and ability to commute to the New York office as needed.
