Social Media Coordinator (Hybrid, Los Angeles)

About the role

Skin Gym, a female‑founded beauty brand, is looking for a highly organized and creative Social Media Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day activities across its social channels and creator community. This hybrid, full‑time position is based in Los Angeles and works closely with the Social Media Manager, Creative, Influencer, and Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Create, film, edit, and post visual assets; write captions and story copy.
• Monitor trends, sounds, creators, and platform updates; maintain content calendars.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries; flag customer‑service issues.
• Support influencer outreach, product gifting, and creator seeding programs; track deliverables and maintain databases.
• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports; analyze engagement, follower growth, and key KPIs.
• Assist with product launches, retailer campaigns, events, and brand activations.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
