Community & Fan Club Manager

About the role

Miraculous Corp is seeking a passionate Community & Fan Club Manager to lead the day‑to‑day fan engagement strategy for the official Miraculous fan community. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing & Franchise, you will shape how fans interact with the brand across digital platforms, creating meaningful connections worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Miraculous Fan Club on all digital channels.
• Execute the community engagement calendar and fan communication plan.
• Moderate conversations on platforms such as Discord, ensuring a safe and positive environment.
• Monitor community trends, provide fan insights, and develop interactive programs.
• Support CRM campaigns, newsletters, audience segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
• Coordinate fan‑focused initiatives like quizzes, contests, exclusive content, and premium experiences.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Creative, and Production teams to deliver fan‑first content.
• Prepare regular reports on fan growth, engagement, and performance metrics.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in community management, digital marketing, social media, CRM, entertainment, gaming, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to engage online communities or fan audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
