Social Media & Community Associate (Part-Time/Internship)

About the role

Join Rare Candy’s Growth team to amplify our trading‑card marketplace presence across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms. You’ll work directly with in‑house creators to schedule, post and engage with the collector community.

Key responsibilities

• Post daily on TikTok and Instagram, maintaining a live content calendar.
• Write captions, hooks and replies that sound like a collector, not a brand.
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, Discord and Reddit messages each day.
• Track performance metrics, flag trending TCG topics and pitch new post ideas.
• Deliver weekly performance recaps and ensure creator content is published within 24 hours.

Required profile

• Deeply immersed in the TCG community – knows the products, drama, accounts and language.
• Extremely online in a useful way, able to spot viral trends before they explode.
• Strong writing ability for captions, hooks and community replies.
• Reliable deadline‑keeper who consistently answers messages.
• Passionate about collectors and can speak in their voice.
