Senior Marketing Analytics Analyst

About the role

Beyondsoft is looking for a senior analyst in digital analytics to work closely with a key automotive client. You will report directly to the client's leadership and operate within their day-to-day framework while remaining part of Beyondsoft's Marketing Analytics consulting practice. The position is based in Plano, Texas and is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer and campaign data to drive digital, mobile and social marketing strategies
• Turn customer and campaign data into a coherent story with clear conclusions and actionable insights
• Measure site usability and effectiveness and monetization of media campaigns, then recommend improvements
• Build dashboards and presentation decks showing site engagement, using Power BI or Tableau and Adobe Analytics
• Run case studies, A/B and multivariate testing, and ad hoc analyses
• Support tag management, user acceptance testing and validation of web reporting
• Work with vendors to implement analytics requirements and use Agile methods to track user stories and sprint plans

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; 3-5 years of web metrics and/or analytics experience
• Ability to work independently, multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
• Preferred: MBA or master's in a quantitative discipline, agency or consulting background, and experience with CDPs, SQL, and statistical modeling

Required skills

• Adobe Analytics, especially Analysis Workspace, and Adobe Target
• Data visualization with Tableau or Power BI
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Preferred: SQL, JavaScript, R, Python, SPSS, DV360, Trade Desk

• Hourly pay of $50-$65 depending on experience
