Senior Marketing Manager – Partnerships & Sponsorship

About the role

Lead end-to-end Partnership Marketing initiatives aligned with brand campaigns and device launches. Negotiate and execute commercial terms and contracts with major media and internet brands. Drive cross‑functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Procurement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify the right Partnerships that align with the brand, specific campaigns and device launches.
• Establish and execute professional Partnership frameworks that bring to life partner and product truths to create brand and business synergies.
• Negotiate and execute commercial terms and contracts, working with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, Compliance and Procurement.
• Take end‑to‑end accountability for bringing Partnerships to life in marketing with a consumer‑first mindset.
• Track, analyze and report against marketing/Partnership KPIs and take corrective action where needed.
• Provide consultative expertise to internal stakeholders on Partnerships and Business Development strategy.
• Identify synergies between Partnerships and Carrier/Retail account teams to amplify impact.
• Work closely with Finance to ensure plans stay within budget and approvals meet compliance guidelines.
• Develop best practices for information sharing and evangelizing Partnerships across the organization.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Management.
• 8+ years of experience in Partnership Marketing, Sponsorship, Activation or Business Development.
• Agency experience in sponsorship, activation or media is a plus.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts while upholding legal, compliance and financial policies.
• Existing connections with leading media and internet brands.
• Strong project/program management experience and comfort presenting at C‑level.
