Search Analyst

About the role

Starcom, a global communications planning and media leader, is hiring a Search Analyst in Plano, Texas. The role sits within Constellation, Publicis Groupe's internal-facing brand, and joins the search team at Razorfish. It is an entry-level position working closely with integrated client teams to manage day-to-day search campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the evolving Paid Search landscape through continuous learning and internal training.
• Help develop and optimise campaign components such as keywords, ad copy, landing pages and account structure using AI-driven tools and analytics.
• Support the Search Manager/Senior Search Manager in managing budgets and overseeing accounts.
• Coordinate daily campaign operations: trafficking, testing, optimisation and troubleshooting.
• Orchestrate teams of AI agents to support routine campaign tasks.
• Cultivate relationships with publishers such as Google, Bing and emerging platforms.
• Manage monthly media spend accounting and use advanced tools to analyse performance data and prepare routine and ad-hoc reports.
• Take part in the quality assurance process under the RACI framework.

Required profile

• A search-related internship or 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field is preferred.
• Education in critical thinking, quantitative analysis and writing; a BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools and search engine marketing platforms is beneficial.
• Ability to learn advanced tools such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and Python or other programming languages.
