Senior Marketing Manager – Organic Social Media Strategy & Content Creation

About the role

Lead Samsung's organic social presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, shaping the brand voice and delivering authentic storytelling. Drive always‑on strategy, capture real‑time content at activations, and collaborate with creative, partnership, and influencer teams to amplify the Galaxy experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an always‑on social content strategy aligned with Samsung brand guidelines.
• Create and produce short‑form video and visual assets for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Capture behind‑the‑scenes and real‑time moments at Samsung events, including occasional weekend coverage.
• Partner with Creative Services, Partnerships, and Influencer teams to generate platform‑specific assets.
• Monitor social trends and translate cultural moments into timely content.
• Analyze performance data with creative analytics tools to refine content strategy.
• Manage multiple content priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment using Sprinklr and Adobe Creative Suite.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital brand management.
• Proven track record managing brand social channels on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use performance metrics for optimization.
