Marketing Manager – AI Consumer Insights & Market Research

About the role

Drive consumer insights and market research for Samsung's Mobile Division, leveraging AI and automation to transform insight generation. The role partners with Marketing, Product, and Strategy teams to deliver actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research studies, including brand tracking, segmentation, concept testing, and market landscape assessments.
• Evaluate, implement, and govern AI‑enabled tools that improve research efficiency and insight generation.
• Collaborate with analytics and technology teams to explore agentic AI applications within insights functions.
• Develop frameworks and governance guidelines for responsible AI use in research.
• Deliver actionable recommendations influencing go‑to‑market, portfolio optimization, customer engagement, and pricing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Marketing, Business, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or customer analytics.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage time, and mentor junior staff.
