TikTok Creator Community Manager (Remote)

About the role

Zainith Agency is seeking a remote TikTok Shop Creator Community Manager to serve as the primary liaison with top TikTok Shop creators. You will grow and nurture the agency’s Discord community, provide training, host contests, and drive collective GMV through affiliate links.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 10‑12 creators on TikTok Shop Seller Center and Discord/WhatsApp groups.
• Meet one‑on‑one with top creators to build strong relationships.
• Host bi‑weekly calls, contests, workshops, and office hours to keep creators engaged.
• Recruit new TikTok Shop affiliates and expand community membership.
• Drive community GMV by promoting TAP links and monitoring performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience with TikTok Shop (Seller Central, Ads Manager, affiliates).
• Self‑starter comfortable developing programs with minimal direction.
• Fluent English (professional written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Previous eCommerce account management experience.
• Reliable high‑speed internet for live video meetings.
