Marketing Manager – Samsung Care+ Customer Acquisition & Retention

About the role

Drive marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention for Samsung's mobile experience offerings. Develop and execute innovative campaigns that promote Samsung Care+ services while collaborating with product, sales, and creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition and retention for Samsung Care+.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product management, sales, and creative services—to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
• Partner with MX Marketing to manage campaigns across digital, social, and email channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and improve ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in device protection, technology, or mobile industries.
