Principal Product Marketing

About the role

AT&T is hiring a Principal Product Marketing professional for a full-time, onsite role in Atlanta, Georgia, working five days per week. The purpose is to design, develop and implement launch strategies and marketing programs that position products and services within the AT&T portfolio, drive customer engagement and support sales growth. No relocation is offered.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and analyze investigative studies on market share, the effectiveness of current marketing and sales programs and the feasibility of new products, using statistical tools to turn data into actionable insights.
• Create detailed reports summarizing research outcomes and present them to marketing management and other stakeholders with clear visual aids.
• Collaborate with marketing management to develop and refine marketing plans and programs aligned with strategic goals and market opportunities.
• Advise at all levels of marketing on new opportunities and departmental improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as monitoring market trends, secondary data analysis, customer segmentation, journey mapping and supporting marketing and research functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Certification is required in some areas.
• Works with minimal oversight, mentors others and influences executive decisions.
