Manager, B2B Marketing Operations - Partner Marketing Platforms

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a strategic and technically minded Manager to lead B2B Marketing Operations for Partner Marketing Platforms. This role will define how technology, data, and processes support indirect customer engagement through partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the partner marketing technology roadmap, aligning platform investments with the broader strategy.
• Develop target-state architecture connecting partner relationship management, CRM, marketing automation, event management, and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical capabilities, integration needs, and prioritized use cases.
• Design scalable frameworks for partner campaigns, co‑marketing events, and partnership summits, including registration, consent, lead routing, and reporting.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives, building alignment across sales, field marketing, privacy, technology, and operations.
• Collaborate with data and reporting teams to operationalize KPIs, attribution, and performance insights while ensuring compliance with privacy and security standards.

Required profile

• Several years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or professional services.
• Experience with partner‑led, channel or ecosystem models and indirect revenue growth.
• 5+ years working with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Strong project management, collaboration, and stakeholder negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with global privacy, consent, security, and data‑governance requirements.
