Associate Digital Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Invesco is seeking an Associate Digital Product Marketing Manager to join its award‑winning Digital Experience team. You will influence the digital ecosystem, driving client awareness, engagement and acquisition through data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for digital initiatives supporting go‑to‑market strategies across business units.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to design, develop and launch digital marketing experiences that surprise and delight clients.
• Identify emerging digital trends, tools and technologies to enhance client experience and business outcomes.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive awareness, acquisition and retention across all client segments.
• Collaborate with marketers, product managers, UX/UI designers, editorial and web producers to deliver cohesive digital initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct A/B and multivariate testing, and continuously optimize campaigns.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing or digital product management; financial services experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, including websites, mobile apps, social media and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑influence skills.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative and able to thrive in an agile, global environment.
