Social Activation Executive

About the role

Pubity Group, described as the world's largest Gen-Z social publisher, is looking for a Social Activation Executive to activate branded campaigns across its portfolio of social-first brands. The role works closely with Client Services, Editorial, Creative and Strategy in London to turn briefs into high-performing, platform-native social campaigns at pace and at scale. It is full-time and permanent, fully remote, with locations listed as London, New York, Chicago or Brazil.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Client Services, Editorial and Creative to deliver high-engagement, culturally relevant campaigns that match the Pubity Group tone of voice.
• Create impactful social content across Pubity Group's channels and ensure activations maximise reach, participation and shareability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the London team from concept through to launch.
• Act as the link between Commercial and Content teams, monitoring emerging conversations, formats and creators to turn cultural moments into brand opportunities.
• Support the Creative team in developing strategic responses to client briefs, bringing insight, platform knowledge and audience understanding to shape storytelling that feels native to each platform.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for social media, advertising and marketing.
• Hands-on experience creating social content on behalf of brands or publishers.
• Strong understanding of the digital and social space, including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Facebook and Gen-Z-focused news platforms.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, quick to learn and adaptable.
• Professional, dependable and collaborative, able to prioritise under pressure and give and receive direct feedback.

Required skills

• Foundational skills in any of Photoshop, CapCut, Lightroom, InShot, Canva or Phonto.
