Site Manager – Utility Scale Solar Project

About the role

EOSOL Group is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the on‑site execution of a utility‑scale solar PV project in Texas. The role serves as the company’s primary on‑site representative, coordinating closely with the EPC contractor and ensuring the project meets quality, safety and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Act as EOSOL’s main on‑site representative and liaison with the EPC contractor.
• Monitor contractor performance against contractual obligations and project schedules.
• Observe, document and report on construction progress, quality and safety compliance.
• Verify adherence to approved drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Identify and communicate potential risks, delays or quality issues to stakeholders.
• Participate in construction meetings and coordinate with EPC management teams.
• Prepare daily field reports, progress updates and executive summaries.
• Support project turnover, punch‑list tracking and close‑out activities.
• Maintain effective communication between EOSOL, the client and other project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, Superintendent or Owner’s Representative on utility‑scale solar PV projects.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, construction schedules and project documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using reporting and project documentation tools.
