About the role
Laurita Inc. seeks an experienced General Superintendent to coordinate operations and manage multiple crews on excavation, underground utility, and heavy highway projects across the DC Metro region.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee safety, schedule adherence, and communication among crews, management, and clients.
- Manage up to 25 personnel across several job sites, ensuring timely project completion.
- Direct use of heavy equipment, Trimble GPS systems, and HCSS HeavyJob/HeavySafety software.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience managing large heavy‑civil projects.
- Proven ability to lead multiple crews and meet tight deadlines while maintaining profitability.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to perform manual labor (lift up to 50 lb, bend, twist, turn).
