Purchasing & Order Entry Specialist – Bathroom & Plumbing Products

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Purchasing & Order Entry Specialist to join our remote team supporting bathroom remodeling projects across the United States. The role is hands‑on and transactional, focused on accurately ordering the right bathroom and plumbing products for each customer project.

Key responsibilities

• Review customer contracts and project details to determine required bathroom and plumbing products, components, quantities, and related parts.
• Enter and submit orders through multiple manufacturer and supplier websites, verifying product details and order accuracy.
• Process a high volume of orders (approximately 10+ projects per day) while minimizing mistakes and delays.
• Collaborate with the purchasing team to clarify missing information or resolve order questions.

Required profile

• Practical familiarity with bathroom and plumbing products such as shower pans, tub surrounds, sinks, toilets, faucets, valves, drains, and fittings.
• Experience in hardware stores, plumbing supply businesses, bathroom product distributors, building‑materials companies, warehouses, or similar order‑entry environments.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple supplier portals and online systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, good organizational skills, and comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• English proficiency sufficient for communication with a U.S.‑based team and understanding written product information.
• Availability to work full‑time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
