Site Manager – Utility Scale Solar Project

About the role

EOSOL Group is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the on‑site execution of a utility‑scale solar PV project in Texas. The role serves as the company’s primary on‑site representative, coordinating closely with the EPC contractor and ensuring that construction progresses safely, on schedule, and in compliance with contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as EOSOL’s main on‑site liaison with the EPC contractor.
• Monitor contractor performance against contract terms, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Document daily construction progress, verify adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Identify and communicate potential risks, delays, or quality issues to project stakeholders.
• Participate in construction meetings and coordinate with EPC management teams.
• Prepare daily field reports, progress updates, and executive summaries.
• Review RFIs, technical submittals, and project documentation.
• Support project turnover, punch‑list tracking, and close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, Superintendent or Owner’s Representative on utility‑scale solar PV projects.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, construction schedules and project documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and reporting/project documentation tools.
