Site Leasing Professional (Dual) – Cameo & Garrison

About the role

The Dual Site Leasing Professional will support Greystar’s Cameo and Garrison communities in Orange, California. This full‑time position combines marketing, leasing and renewal activities to achieve occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate community marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for two sites.
• Perform all leasing activities for new residents, including tours, applications and lease execution.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and address inquiries promptly.
• Secure lease renewals by engaging existing residents and presenting renewal options.
• Manage administrative tasks such as file organization, documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate; no prior industry experience required.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in file management and computer systems.
• Capable of handling administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
