About the role

Join Aroma360’s Naples showroom as a Showroom Sales Associate, where you’ll sell high‑ticket luxury scenting solutions and create memorable experiences for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals through in‑store client interactions and follow‑up.
• Close paid‑in‑full or contract‑based deals, focusing on high‑value transactions (average sale $3,500+).
• Deliver personalized, premium scenting experiences that connect emotionally with customers.
• Maintain showroom appearance to reflect the luxury brand.
• Use CRM (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads, track opportunities, and grow your pipeline.

Required profile

• Proven success in retail, luxury, or high‑ticket sales with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑driven, competitive, and motivated by hitting and exceeding goals.
• Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced, evolving retail environment.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM) proficiency.
