About the role

Reiss is seeking a Concession Manager for its Macy’s shop in Valley Fair Mall, San Jose. This full‑time, permanent position leads the concession team, drives sales, and ensures an elevated customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute long‑term concession goals and overall operations.
• Lead the team to deliver personalised, high‑quality service.
• Manage stock levels, control loss and oversee merchandising standards.
• Recruit, retain talent and conduct performance and probation reviews.

Required profile

• Previous retail management experience in a comparable operation.
• Proven track record of improving business performance and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong visual sense and commercial product management abilities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
