Part‑Time Retail Ambassador at Valley Fair

About the role

As a Retail Ambassador at Rothy’s Valley Fair store, you will represent the brand on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying company values. You will focus on building meaningful connections, driving sales through service, and supporting a welcoming, inclusive store culture.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the Rothy’s experience to every customer with best‑in‑class service, product expertise and brand presentation.
• Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals while creating lasting customer relationships.
• Support store operations including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Follow store policies, SOPs and ensure operational excellence and compliance.

Required profile

• Guided by Rothy’s values and committed to a welcoming, service‑driven environment.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build genuine customer connections.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week on peak and non‑peak days.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs and use ladders or step stools safely.
