Area Sales Leader – Monarch – Northwest

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an Area Sales Leader for the Monarch Urology platform in the Northwest Territory (Northern CA, OR, WA, ID, and Reno, NV). The role is field‑based, driving commercialization of robotic‑assisted urology solutions and supporting surgeons and healthcare facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve capital system sales, procedure growth, and disposable revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a strategic territory plan, including account segmentation, funnel management, forecasting, and launch prioritization.
• Lead product, technical, and clinical demonstrations to support evaluation, conversion, and adoption of Monarch Urology.
• Coordinate post‑sale installation, training, launch support, and adoption plans with Clinical Representatives and service partners.
• Partner with Regional Business Director and Clinical Representative to drive referral education, account development, and utilization growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2‑4+ years of healthcare, medical device, or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of capital equipment or complex medical sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical product information and clinical concepts to physicians and economic buyers.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight trips.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in regulated healthcare environments.
