Senior Clinical Sales Specialist – Monarch Robotics

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Clinical Sales Specialist to promote Monarch robotic systems across the Central Florida territory. The role involves delivering clinical expertise, supporting surgeons, and driving adoption of advanced surgical technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level clinical and product expertise to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, creating clinical champions for Monarch systems.
• Deliver procedural support, technical consultation, and education to build confidence among physicians and staff.
• Identify educational opportunities, handle complex case support, and act as liaison for peer‑review and issue reporting.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Monarch products and conduct physician education programs.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare.
• Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating rooms.
• Willingness to travel 50‑75% of the time within the designated territory.
• Valid driver’s license in the United States.
