Shipping Associate

About the role

Printfly, the fastest custom apparel company, is seeking a Shipping Associate to ensure orders are shipped quickly, accurately, and on time. You’ll work in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment where staying organized and moving fast are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed.
• Double‑check quantities, labels, and shipping details.
• Print and apply shipping labels.
• Help load and unload deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.
• Hit daily production goals with your team while following safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Comfortable standing for long periods in a fast‑paced setting.
• Detail‑oriented and able to notice errors.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Warehouse or shipping experience (preferred but not required).
