About the role
Rubio's Coastal Grill is seeking experienced Shift Managers to lead our team in Chandler, AZ. You will oversee daily operations, ensure food quality, and deliver excellent guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coach team members, reinforcing best practices and standards.
- Handle financial paperwork, perform basic computations, and manage tip share program.
- Maintain inventory, ensure food safety, and oversee shift meals.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; restaurant or retail experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Outlook email, Microsoft Word).
- Fundamental mathematical abilities for financial tasks.
