Shift Manager – Closing Shifts (up to $19.50/hr)

About the role

As a Shift Manager for closing shifts, you will lead the team during the busiest end‑of‑day period, ensuring smooth operations, high customer satisfaction, and adherence to Taco Bell standards. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive results and support business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Manager‑in‑Charge (MIC) Success Routine and prioritize guest needs.
• Oversee team members’ completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy while managing cash control, inventory, and labor.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and provide feedback to the GM on team performance.
• Assist with hiring, training, and conflict resolution, and support facility maintenance and health‑safety compliance.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of restaurant or retail experience; 3 months of shift‑lead experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18 with reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lb and perform cash‑register duties.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
