Service Technician – RockVue

About the role
The Service Technician – RockVue will perform technical and mechanical work to keep Greystar’s properties in optimal condition. This full‑time position is based in Broomfield, Colorado and focuses on maintaining buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing issues and performing repairs according to policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks to ensure ongoing functionality of building systems.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors and contractors, and obtaining necessary supplies.
Required profile
- Experience handling resident service requests and performing preventative maintenance on residential properties.
