Service Technician

About the role
Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of its residential properties in Dallas, Texas. The role involves ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose defects or problems, make repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and creating punch lists.
- Schedule and coordinate vendors or contractors as needed to complete maintenance tasks.
Required profile
- Technical aptitude for mechanical and building systems.
- Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
