AV Scheduling Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a trustworthy, customer‑focused professional to coordinate audio‑visual (AV) scheduling for high‑end residential projects. You will deliver white‑glove service, acting as the primary liaison for ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end project scheduling, including installations, service visits, walkthroughs and milestone tracking.
• Serve as the main point of contact via phone, email, text and ticketing system, handling intake, triage, resolution and billing.
• Coordinate with service technicians, project managers, accounting and partners to align client needs with resource availability.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation, and expedite issues across departments to meet SLA response times.

Required profile

• Customer‑service background with experience supporting high‑end clientele and executives.
• Steady work history (minimum three years) and strong emotional intelligence.
• Technical aptitude for integrating advanced AV and smart‑home technologies.
