Service Technician – Harley Davidson Motorcycles

About the role

Martin Motorsports is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our Harley‑Davidson shop in Bowling Green. You will work in a clean, air‑conditioned environment, handling motorcycle repairs and diagnostics while adhering to dealership and factory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute repair orders efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory guidelines.
• Diagnose malfunctions on Harley‑Davidson motorcycles and perform the necessary repairs.
• Coordinate with the Parts department to obtain required components.
• Update the service manager and service advisor on timelines and completion dates.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience or formal training in motorcycle repair.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of motorcycle maintenance and repair.
• Valid driver’s license with an M endorsement.
