Service Assistant – Student Living at Woodland Glen

About the role

The Service Assistant supports the day‑to‑day operations of the Woodland Glen student‑living community. Working closely with the Operations Team, you will help keep facilities safe, well‑maintained, and welcoming for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure facilities are well‑maintained, safe, and conducive to student living and learning.
• Perform data entry, file management, and assist with research projects.
• Complete hands‑on repairs and maintenance tasks, addressing service requests promptly.
• Execute the preventive maintenance program to reduce emergency repairs.
• Maintain curb appeal and cleanliness of the property at all times.
• Prepare units and rooms for occupancy, including general cleaning and equipment checks.
• Report any equipment issues that need repair before new occupants move in.
• Assist with planning and coordinating events and projects.
• Provide positive customer service to enhance resident satisfaction.

Required profile

• Ability to perform routine repairs and maintenance safely.
• Attention to detail for maintaining property appearance and cleanliness.
