Precision, an award‑winning integrated strategy and marketing agency, is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead its Strategic Communications team in New York, NY or Washington, DC. The role involves crafting and executing cutting‑edge communication strategies for a diverse portfolio of corporate and advocacy clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own large client engagements, overseeing relationships, workstreams, and budgets while ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Drive vision and execution of multi‑channel communications programs that influence perception and deliver measurable impact.
• Set media strategy and reputation management, building relationships with top‑tier media and influencers.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional integration across communications, data, creative, and paid media to advance client priorities.
• Execute complex projects end‑to‑end, crafting work plans, delegating tasks, and managing budgets.
• Own and advance the firm’s content strategy, providing editorial leadership and fostering an innovation culture.
• Identify new business opportunities, lead pitches, and drive organic growth through expanded client work.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in marketing communications, performance analytics, digital media measurement, social media measurement, or market research.
• Direct client management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Experience managing large organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor junior talent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Creative, energetic, and entrepreneurial mindset.
