Senior Training Manager – Learning Management System

About the role

Certified Group is looking for a hands‑on Senior Training Manager to design, implement and continuously improve a best‑in‑class learning strategy for its multi‑site laboratory testing organization. You will shape employee experiences, drive a culture of continuous learning, and ensure training aligns with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own a modern, consistent training framework across all sites, prioritising initiatives based on business needs.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content relevance, quality and accessibility.
• Lead the redesign and delivery of onboarding programs to accelerate new‑hire productivity.
• Partner with subject‑matter experts to create and update curricula that support capability growth and leadership development.
• Measure training effectiveness and adjust programs to achieve measurable performance improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering corporate training programs, preferably in regulated industries.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for employee development.
