Senior Tax Accountant – Generalist (Onsite, Los Angeles)

About the role

Our well‑established boutique tax and accounting firm in Los Angeles is looking for a Senior Tax Accountant to join our growing team. This full‑time, 100% onsite position offers strong compensation, paid overtime, and the chance to work with a loyal, long‑standing client base.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals and closely held entities.
• Support real‑estate and high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients with compliance and planning services.
• Assist with accounting and tax engagements as needed.
• Communicate directly with clients and partners.
• Collaborate with team members across all levels.

Required profile

• Experience preparing federal and state tax returns for individuals and closely held entities.
• Familiarity with compliance and planning for real‑estate and high‑net‑worth clients.
• Ability to work 50–60 hours/week during busy season and 40 hours/week otherwise.

What we offer

• Base salary $95,000‑$105,000 per year.
