About the role

The Senior Supervisor Manufacturing Operations will lead a team to create a world‑class safety culture, drive continuous improvement, and support 3M’s strategic manufacturing goals. This position requires availability to respond to operational issues around the clock.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a world‑class safety culture while applying Enterprise Excellence Principles.
• Lead staffing, prioritization, and customer service delivery.
• Implement Lean execution model and foster a problem‑solving environment.
• Drive continuous improvement with focus on safety, productivity, and employee relations.
• Engage the team to align with the strategic plan and respond to operational issues 24/7.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree or technical diploma (required); Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in any sector.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing operations experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Required skills

• Lean methodology experience.
• Black Belt or Lean certification.
• Strong leadership and culture‑change capabilities.
