Senior Specialist, Product Management - GTM and Enablement

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist in Product Management to drive go‑to‑market (GTM) and enablement for Operational Intelligence products across a global region. The role focuses on product adoption, customer engagement, and commercialization strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Advisors & Consulting Services to support product commercialization and drive customer engagement.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and new use cases based on market trends and customer feedback.
• Support partnership initiatives, pricing strategy discussions, and quantify product value for customers.
• Monitor adoption metrics, develop KPIs, and create region‑specific commercial constructs.
• Develop customer value narratives, case studies, and sales training materials.

Required profile

• Experience in product/solution commercialization for technology solutions (AI, SaaS, APIs, FinTech).
• Strong customer orientation, commercial acumen, and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
