Manager, Global Sales Operations & Analytics

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Global Sales Operations & Analytics to lead sales intelligence, performance reporting, and pipeline governance across a complex global organization. The role will define and execute reporting strategies that enable senior sales leadership to assess pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Set the global strategy and operating cadence for pipeline performance, forecast accuracy, sales productivity, and broader business performance reporting.
• Lead the design and delivery of scalable, automated dashboards and analytics solutions that meet executive and regional business needs.
• Define and monitor leading and lagging indicators to strengthen predictability, identify performance risks, and support growth objectives.
• Establish global standards for pipeline governance, data integrity, and reporting consistency across regions.
• Translate complex data into clear business narratives, actionable insights, and executive-level recommendations.

Required profile

• Significant leadership experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a closely related discipline within a complex, global organization.
• Deep expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, KPI frameworks, and sales performance management with a record of improving commercial outcomes.
• Proven ability to operate with autonomy, exercise sound judgment, navigate ambiguity, and influence senior stakeholders across functions and regions.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience with reporting platforms and business intelligence tools.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from $145,000 to $232,000 USD per year.
