Director, Global SME Fleet Product Lead

About the role

Mastercard is launching a global SME fleet program to meet the payment, expense management and mobility needs of small businesses. The Director will define strategy, build the proposition and drive commercialization worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and launch of the global SME Fleet Program, including product strategy, operating model and growth roadmap.
• Define a differentiated SME fleet value proposition and identify new products, capabilities, partnerships and value‑add services.
• Partner with regional teams to translate global strategy into locally relevant solutions and build a pipeline of opportunities.
• Serve as the global SME subject‑matter expert for fleet, ensuring SME needs are incorporated into broader Mastercard fleet initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong experience in product management, product strategy, payments and commercial cards, preferably for small‑business or mid‑market customers.
• Direct experience in fleet payments, fleet cards or the broader fleet and mobility ecosystem.
• Analytical mindset with ability to size market opportunities, develop business cases and use data to inform decisions.
• Proven track record of building or launching new products and steering them through end‑to‑end development cycles.
