Senior Specialist, Market Research & Analytics ONC

About the role

As a strategic partner to the business, the Senior Specialist, Primary Market Research will deliver customer, market, and competitive insights that inform commercial decision‑making for oncology across U.S. and global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Frame business questions, develop research plans and draft briefs, RFPs and hypotheses.
• Manage market research projects from design through execution and insight delivery, including selection of external partners.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative methodologies, integrate primary research with syndicated, secondary and analytics data.
• Explore AI‑enabled tools, synthetic respondents and digital personas to enhance insight generation.
• Synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations and communicate them to stakeholders.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in market research, analytics or related commercial functions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare environments and ability to work in a matrixed organization.
