About the role

HIKE2 is seeking a Senior Growth Marketer to design and execute integrated growth campaigns that drive engagement, demand, and pipeline across multiple channels. The role is strategic yet highly hands‑on, requiring the ability to move from campaign concept to content creation, activation, and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch integrated growth campaigns aligned with HIKE2’s strategic priorities, targeting specific industries, solutions, and accounts.
• Translate business goals into audience segments, messaging, offers, and full‑funnel campaign plans.
• Partner with thought leaders, SMEs, and partners to create market‑facing content and co‑marketing programs.
• Leverage AI, automation, and personalization to scale campaign execution and improve effectiveness.
• Connect marketing activities to sales outcomes, using data and attribution to optimize pipeline generation.

Required profile

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in consulting, professional services, enterprise technology or SaaS.
• Proven track record building demand‑generation and account‑based campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline.
• Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey, content strategy, and digital marketing tactics.
• Experience collaborating closely with sales and translating marketing engagement into commercial opportunities.
