SEO & AI Search Strategist

About the role

Direct Online Marketing (DOM) is looking for an SEO & AI Search Strategist to design and execute data‑driven SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO) campaigns. You will help clients boost organic visibility and drive measurable business results across a range of industries, including international accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO and GEO strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
• Conduct keyword research, mapping, and optimization to build clear keyword plans.
• Perform technical SEO audits, troubleshoot advanced issues, and set up performance monitoring tools.
• Track keyword positions, analyze KPIs, and refine tactics based on results.
• Collaborate with clients during onboarding and throughout campaigns to align on objectives and KPIs.
• Carry out competitor analysis and market trend research to uncover opportunities.
• Design experiments to improve organic performance across traditional and AI search engines.
• Prepare insightful reports and business reviews that tie results to client goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on SEO experience, including technical optimization and performance analysis.
• Strong curiosity for emerging AI search trends and ability to test new ideas quickly.
• Proven track record of forecasting, analyzing, and reporting organic search metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for client interaction.
