Senior Specialist – Commercial Leadership Development Program

About the role

The Commercial Leadership Development Program (CLDP) is a two‑year, rotational experience designed to accelerate enterprise thinking and prepare future commercial leaders. You will rotate through three eight‑month assignments across marketing, sales operations, market access and other commercial functions, starting in July 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic and operational priorities across each rotation, partnering with marketing, sales, operations and market access teams.
• Apply data and insights to shape recommendations, support launch planning, execution and business performance initiatives.
• Present progress and insights to senior stakeholders while navigating a highly matrixed, compliant environment.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical marketing or sales.
• Strong enterprise mindset with the ability to connect individual work to broader strategy and cross‑functional priorities.
• Demonstrated initiative, adaptability and the ability to drive results in a fast‑changing environment.

What we offer

• Hybrid work model based in Upper Gwynedd, PA.
• Salary range $117,000 – $184,200 per year, with annual bonus and long‑term incentive eligibility.
