Territory Manager II

About the role

Swisher is seeking a results‑driven Territory Manager to grow sales through data‑driven, solution‑selling approaches across Los Angeles and surrounding markets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze sales data, customer insights and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and deliver fact‑based recommendations.
• Expand distribution and market presence by increasing store coverage, assortment and shelf presence across retail and wholesale accounts.
• Execute new product launches with speed to market, aligning with consumer trends and retailer needs.
• Build strong customer partnerships, influencing outcomes using data storytelling and value‑based selling.
• Ensure best‑in‑class in‑store execution of merchandising, promotions and pricing, using CRM and analytics tools to track performance.

Required profile

• 2+ years of customer‑facing sales experience.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Experience in CPG, retail or distributor environments (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel locally.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with CRM and analytics tools.
• Ability to work with digital sales tools.
