Regional Territory Manager – West Coast

About the role

OpenDrives is seeking a West Coast based Regional Territory Manager to drive full‑cycle sales for sophisticated video and large‑scale unstructured data solutions. You will own the entire deal lifecycle, from prospecting to closing and renewals, in a fast‑paced, early‑stage environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and execute a self‑sustained pipeline, hunting net‑new business and meeting quarterly sales quotas.
• Develop high‑volume outbound call and email campaigns in coordination with Marketing and Channel partners.
• Qualify and advance marketing‑generated leads, set appointments, and manage renewals and upsells.
• Maintain rigorous data hygiene using Salesforce, LinkedIn and other sales enablement tools.
• Travel up to 10% of the time for demos, conferences and company events.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of high‑tech storage or software sales experience with a proven record of exceeding quotas.
• Deep understanding of video content workflows and large‑scale unstructured data environments.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills, able to communicate ROI and TCO to C‑suite stakeholders.
• Self‑starter who can independently design and execute a sales strategy in an early‑stage company.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) for pipeline management.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
