Store Manager – Beyond Yoga at Westfield Century City

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager for the Beyond Yoga boutique at Westfield Century City. Reporting to the District Manager, you will lead a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high‑performing team.
• Oversee inventory control, payroll, visual merchandising, and daily store operations.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging shopping environment for all customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of store management experience in retail.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and lead by example.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent movement, kneeling, and ladder work.
